Privacy Policy for HappyHorse TV
Apr 21, 2026

Last Updated: April 21, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how HappyHorse TV collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains information when you use our website, applications, browser extensions, AI generation tools, payment features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Account information, such as email address, username, profile details, login method, and authentication identifiers.
  • Support information, such as messages, feedback, requests, and related contact details.
  • Payment-related information, such as plan, order history, billing status, transaction identifiers, tax information, and payment processor records. Full payment credentials are processed by third-party payment providers and are not stored by us.
  • Creative content, such as prompts, uploaded images, uploaded videos, uploaded audio, reference files, selected URLs, generated outputs, and related settings.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Device and browser information, such as browser type, operating system, device type, language, approximate location, IP address, and identifiers.
  • Usage information, such as pages visited, features used, generation settings, model choices, credit usage, task status, errors, logs, and timestamps.
  • Cookie and similar technology data used for authentication, preferences, analytics, security, and Service performance.

2.3 Browser Extension Information

If you install or use a HappyHorse TV browser extension, the extension may process limited information needed for the feature you choose to use, such as:

  • The current page URL or page title when you ask the extension to use the page as a reference.
  • Text, image URLs, video URLs, screenshots, files, or page content that you actively select, upload, clip, or send to HappyHorse TV.
  • Extension settings, authentication state, usage events, and error logs needed to operate and secure the extension.

The extension is designed not to collect your browsing history continuously, not to monitor every page you visit, not to log keystrokes, not to collect passwords, and not to transmit page content unless you initiate an action or grant the relevant permission.

If the extension interacts with Google services or opens Google pages, we do not receive your Google password. If a Google OAuth flow is used in the future, we will request only the scopes needed for the disclosed feature, and we will use Google data only to provide that feature.

2.4 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from service providers, including authentication providers, payment processors, analytics providers, storage providers, AI model providers, fraud prevention tools, browser extension stores, and infrastructure vendors.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Create and manage accounts, authentication, sessions, credits, subscriptions, and billing.
  • Process AI generation requests and deliver outputs.
  • Store recent tasks, generation history, and user-selected files where needed.
  • Provide support, respond to requests, and send service-related communications.
  • Monitor performance, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, policy violations, and unauthorized activity.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and dispute-resolution obligations.

4. AI Content and Model Processing

When you submit prompts, uploads, references, or other content for AI generation, that content may be processed by our systems and by third-party AI model providers solely to provide the requested generation workflow, deliver outputs, debug failures, enforce safety rules, and maintain the Services.

We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated outputs to train our own AI models by default. If we ever offer optional training or product-improvement use of personal creative content, we will seek a clear opt-in where required.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that support hosting, storage, authentication, payments, analytics, security, email, customer support, AI model processing, and browser extension distribution.
  • Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law, subpoena, court order, or legal process.
  • Parties involved in enforcing our Terms, protecting users, preventing fraud, or responding to security incidents.
  • Successors or advisors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of assets.
  • Other parties with your direction or consent.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, improve performance, analyze usage, secure the Services, and support payments.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if required cookies are disabled.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain accounts, deliver generated content, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Typical retention periods may include:

  • Account information: while your account is active or as needed for legal and security purposes.
  • Generated content and task records: for a limited period needed for delivery, history, debugging, and user access.
  • Payment and transaction records: as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargeback, and compliance purposes.
  • Security logs: as needed to detect abuse, investigate incidents, and protect the Services.

You may request deletion of personal information by contacting us, subject to legal, security, accounting, and operational retention needs.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, authentication controls, logging, monitoring, and vendor review.

No online service is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted or stored through the Services.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of marketing communications.

To submit a privacy request, contact hi@happy-horse.tv with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. California Privacy Notice

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California privacy laws to know, access, correct, delete, and limit certain uses of personal information. HappyHorse TV does not sell personal information as the term is commonly understood and does not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors.

California privacy requests may be sent to hi@happy-horse.tv with the subject line "California Privacy Request."

11. International Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards designed to protect transferred information.

12. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for children under 13, or under 16 where a higher age threshold applies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, model providers, payment providers, app stores, browser extension stores, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

14. Automated Decision-Making

The Services use automated systems for content generation, safety checks, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, and operational reliability. We do not use automated decision-making to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without appropriate safeguards where required by law.

15. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.

16. Contact

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to hi@happy-horse.tv.
