1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for HappyHorse TV subscriptions, one-time credit purchases, and other paid digital services.

HappyHorse TV provides digital AI generation services with immediate access to credits, models, and generated content. Once credits are used or an AI generation task is started, that portion of the service is considered delivered.

By purchasing credits or a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the applicable subscription benefits until the end of the paid billing period, unless your account is suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

Unused monthly subscription credits do not create a cash refund unless required by law.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription refund requests may be considered within 7 days of the initial purchase date if both of the following are true:

  • You have not used more than 10% of the annual credits allocated to the plan.
  • You have not completed more than 10 AI generation tasks under the annual plan.

After 7 days, annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable. We may rely on our internal usage, billing, and generation records to determine eligibility.

4. One-Time Credit Purchases

One-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once the transaction is completed. Credits are digital goods made available immediately after purchase and may be used for AI generation.

Credits that have already been used, partially used, expired, granted as a promotion, or issued as goodwill credits are not refundable unless required by law.

5. Free Credits and Trials

Free credits, promotional credits, trial access, coupons, discounts, and bonus credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

6. Eligible Refund Circumstances

We may consider a refund, partial refund, or account credit in limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a verified technical or billing error.
  • Unauthorized charges, subject to verification.
  • A paid service outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours that materially prevents use of the paid Services.
  • A technical issue on our side that repeatedly prevents generation and cannot be reasonably resolved.
  • Other circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.

Approval is not automatic and may depend on account status, usage, payment method, transaction records, and the nature of the issue.

7. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI output quality, style, accuracy, prompt interpretation, or creative direction.
  • Failure to use credits, subscription benefits, or generated content.
  • Loss of interest, change of plans, or changes in personal circumstances.
  • User-side technical issues, unsupported devices, browser settings, network issues, or file problems.
  • Account suspension or termination for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Credits consumed by successful or attempted generation tasks.
  • API usage, automated usage, custom workflows, enterprise arrangements, or third-party integrations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment processing fees, taxes, currency conversion fees, bank fees, or app store fees that cannot be recovered.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hi@happy-horse.tv with:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • Purchase date.
  • Transaction ID, order number, or payment receipt.
  • The plan or credit pack purchased.
  • A clear explanation of the refund request.

We usually review refund requests within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds are generally returned to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

9. Account Credits and Goodwill Adjustments

In some cases, we may offer account credits, partial refunds, generation retries, or a one-time goodwill adjustment instead of a cash refund. Goodwill adjustments are discretionary and do not guarantee future refunds.

10. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend account access while the dispute is investigated.

Chargebacks for valid purchases may result in cancellation of credits, subscriptions, generated content access, or the related account.

11. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Refund Policy.
