1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to HappyHorse TV. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the HappyHorse TV website, applications, browser extensions, AI generation tools, payment features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you have the authority and capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including prompts, uploads, generations, purchases, and use of browser extension features connected to your account.

4. Services

HappyHorse TV provides AI-powered image, video, and related creative generation workflows. The Services may include prompt-based generation, image-to-image generation, image-to-video generation, reference-guided generation, face swap or face remix workflows, media uploads, galleries, saved outputs, credits, subscriptions, and browser extension features.

AI outputs may vary in quality, style, accuracy, safety, and availability. We do not guarantee that any output will meet your expectations or be suitable for a specific purpose.

5. Credits, Plans, and Payments

The Services may use credits. Credits are consumed when you start eligible AI generation tasks, and the amount may vary by model, media type, duration, resolution, quantity, audio settings, reference inputs, and other options.

Subscription credits may expire or reset at the end of the applicable billing period unless otherwise stated. One-time credit packs may expire according to the terms shown at purchase. Unused credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Prices, credit amounts, features, models, and plan terms may change. Any change will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers or full payment credentials.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to create, upload, request, distribute, or assist with content or activity that:

• Violates any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights.
• Is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, exploitative, or involves minors in any sexual, abusive, or unsafe context.
• Creates deceptive impersonation, fraud, scams, misinformation, or harmful deepfakes.
• Encourages violence, self-harm, illegal conduct, or dangerous activity.
• Attempts to bypass safety systems, rate limits, payment controls, access controls, or model restrictions.
• Uses bots, scrapers, scripts, or automated workflows to overload, abuse, resell, or exploit the Services without permission.
• Reverse engineers, extracts, copies, or attempts to reproduce models, prompts, systems, source code, or infrastructure.

We may refuse, block, remove, or restrict any content or account activity that we believe violates these Terms or creates legal, safety, security, or operational risk.

7. Your Content

"Input Content" means prompts, text, images, videos, audio, files, URLs, references, and other materials you submit to the Services. You retain ownership of your Input Content.

You grant HappyHorse TV a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and modify Input Content solely as needed to provide, secure, operate, support, and improve the Services.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed to submit Input Content and to use the resulting outputs.

8. Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, you may use AI-generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law and any third-party model or platform rules.

You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or using them. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, similar to third-party content, or inappropriate for some uses.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, interface designs, workflows, source code, branding, documentation, model routing, templates, systems, and other materials made available by HappyHorse TV, are owned by or licensed to HappyHorse TV and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services. You may not copy, modify, resell, sublicense, or create derivative services from the Services unless we expressly permit it.

10. Browser Extension

If HappyHorse TV provides a browser extension, you may use it only with the account, permissions, and supported websites for which it is intended. You may not use the extension to collect, scrape, copy, or transmit third-party content in violation of law, website terms, or platform rules.

The extension may help you send selected text, media links, page URLs, or other user-chosen references into HappyHorse TV workflows. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to use any materials you submit.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party providers for authentication, payments, storage, analytics, hosting, AI models, browser extension distribution, and other infrastructure. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, model behavior, outages, content, or policies.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, abused credits or payments, infringed third-party rights, or caused harm to the Services or other users.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy or required by law.

13. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific generation results, permanent storage of content, or continued availability of any model, feature, price, plan, or workflow.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HappyHorse TV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or costs of substitute services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to HappyHorse TV for the Services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HappyHorse TV from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Services, your content, your outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
