Privacy Policy for HappyHorse TV
2026/04/21

Last Updated: April 21, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how HappyHorse TV collects, uses, shares, protects, and retains information when you use our website, applications, browser extensions, AI generation tools, payment features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including account information, support messages, payment-related records, prompts, uploaded images, uploaded videos, uploaded audio, reference files, selected URLs, generated outputs, and related settings.

When you use the Services, we may collect device, browser, usage, task, error, log, cookie, and similar technology information needed for authentication, preferences, analytics, security, payments, and Service performance.

3. Browser Extension Information

If you install or use a HappyHorse TV browser extension, the extension may process limited information needed for the feature you choose to use, such as the current page URL or page title when you ask the extension to use the page as a reference, or text, image URLs, video URLs, screenshots, files, or page content that you actively select, upload, clip, or send to HappyHorse TV.

The extension is designed not to collect your browsing history continuously, not to monitor every page you visit, not to log keystrokes, not to collect passwords, and not to transmit page content unless you initiate an action or grant the relevant permission.

If the extension interacts with Google services or opens Google pages, we do not receive your Google password. If a Google OAuth flow is used in the future, we will request only the scopes needed for the disclosed feature, and we will use Google data only to provide that feature.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services; manage accounts, authentication, sessions, credits, subscriptions, and billing; process AI generation requests; deliver outputs; provide support; monitor performance; diagnose errors; prevent abuse; investigate fraud or security incidents; and comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and dispute-resolution obligations.

5. AI Content and Model Processing

When you submit prompts, uploads, references, or other content for AI generation, that content may be processed by our systems and by third-party AI model providers solely to provide the requested generation workflow, deliver outputs, debug failures, enforce safety rules, and maintain the Services.

We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated outputs to train our own AI models by default. If we ever offer optional training or product-improvement use of personal creative content, we will seek a clear opt-in where required.

6. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, storage, authentication, payments, analytics, security, email, customer support, AI model processing, and browser extension distribution; legal or regulatory authorities if required; parties involved in enforcing our Terms or protecting users; successors or advisors in connection with a business transaction; and other parties with your direction or consent.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Data Retention and Security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, deliver generated content, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, authentication controls, logging, monitoring, and vendor review. No online service is completely secure.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of marketing communications.

To submit a privacy request, contact hi@happy-horse.tv with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. California Privacy Notice

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California privacy laws to know, access, correct, delete, and limit certain uses of personal information. HappyHorse TV does not sell personal information as the term is commonly understood and does not knowingly sell or share personal information of minors.

California privacy requests may be sent to hi@happy-horse.tv with the subject line "California Privacy Request."

10. Children, Third Parties, and Changes

The Services are not intended for children under 13, or under 16 where a higher age threshold applies. The Services may contain links to third-party websites, model providers, payment providers, app stores, browser extension stores, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to hi@happy-horse.tv.
