This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for HappyHorse TV subscriptions, one-time credit purchases, and other paid digital services.
HappyHorse TV provides digital AI generation services with immediate access to credits, models, and generated content. Once credits are used or an AI generation task is started, that portion of the service is considered delivered.
By purchasing credits or a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the applicable subscription benefits until the end of the paid billing period, unless your account is suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
Unused monthly subscription credits do not create a cash refund unless required by law.
Annual subscription refund requests may be considered within 7 days of the initial purchase date if both of the following are true:
After 7 days, annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable. We may rely on our internal usage, billing, and generation records to determine eligibility.
One-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once the transaction is completed. Credits are digital goods made available immediately after purchase and may be used for AI generation.
Credits that have already been used, partially used, expired, granted as a promotion, or issued as goodwill credits are not refundable unless required by law.
We may consider a refund, partial refund, or account credit in limited circumstances, including duplicate charges caused by a verified technical or billing error, unauthorized charges subject to verification, a paid service outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours, a technical issue on our side that repeatedly prevents generation and cannot be reasonably resolved, or circumstances where a refund is required by law.
Refunds are generally not provided for dissatisfaction with AI output quality, failure to use credits, changes in personal circumstances, user-side technical issues, account suspension for Terms violations, credits consumed by generation tasks, automated usage, custom workflows, third-party integrations, payment processing fees, taxes, currency conversion fees, bank fees, or app store fees that cannot be recovered.
To request a refund, email hi@happy-horse.tv with the email address associated with your account, purchase date, transaction ID or receipt, the plan or credit pack purchased, and a clear explanation of the refund request.
We usually review refund requests within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds are generally returned to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend account access while the dispute is investigated.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Refund Policy.
